The greatest problem that will arise as the team tries to work together is the issue of time. The Indian will be interested in stability while the Americans are interested in mobility to keep in pace with the technology growth.
While the Indian belongs to a lazy lot, teamwork will be negatively affected as the Americans work hard and value their time.
The interviewer will make sound decisions that will help the group though intentional interview in which listening skills are used. He listens to both groups and tries to match their cultural differences in a manner that will help them work together as a successful team (Ivey, Ivey & Zalaquett, 2009).
