The management of Emirates Airline need to develop an organization structure that will ensure the employees is given a chance to contribute to the decisions pertaining their daily issues. The management needs to ensure that that the organization structure does not promote authoritarian kind of leadership.
The employee stress at Emirates Airline does not only affect their performance but also cost the firm when the employees file libels forcing the firm to compensate them. Employee stress is major stress that the employee along with the employer at Emirates Airline is a major problem that must be addressed by the respective parties. Tim Clark, the president of the Emirates Airline, need to identify this problem and address it (Asghar 2004).
