Essay: Bullying as an Offence
Studies on bullying have very many perspectives from which they can be viewed. This paper has looked into the broad definition of bullying. It has considered two statistical evidences that explain how this vice is perpetrated.
Focus on the compatibility between the criminal justice laws and the techniques suitable for combating this vice have been explored. Weaknesses of the entire system in fighting bullying have also been considered and possible counteractive measures visited too. Society’s focal point on bullying and the perception it gives to this crime are also a major area that has been discussed. Finally, the paper has looked at the current situation surrounding bullying as an offence hence drawing future prospects of dealing with the crime.
